By placing an order with TonerOnline.ca, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that TonerOnline.ca is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by TonerOnline.ca.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is due before shipment, unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TonerOnline.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

RETURN AND REFUND
All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive a valid RMA number, please email us at sales@toneronline.ca or contact us at 1-888-515-8118. Return items must be placed securely in the original shipping package. Your refund will be in the same form of payment. The Limit of our liability is the cost of the item.
